The products sold on this website are handcrafted leather goods created as a hobby by a private individual. As such, the seller operates outside of professional business regulations and is not subject to VAT (Value Added Tax).

2. Product Information

All products are unique and may have minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to the natural properties of leather and the artisanal process. The product descriptions and photos aim to represent the items as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in NOK and are VAT-free.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods provided on the website (e.g., Vipps, bank transfer).

4. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is completed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products will be shipped within 5-10 days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout.
  • The seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • As these products are handcrafted, returns are accepted only in cases of defects or damage.
  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return or replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products.

Your personal information will be used solely for processing your order and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to complete the transaction.
